Support tickets: To raise a ticket to our Freshdesk ticketing portal, you must first sign up for an account. You can do this by clicking the 'Sign up' button at the top right of the screen.

Note this account is independent of any account used to access

Once authenticated, click the 'Submit a ticket' tile on the Home page, choose the relevant product offering from the drop-down menu, and complete the associated form.
